York Cemetery Services was founded by Wayne and Carol York of Clarksburg, Missouri in 2005.

Our equipment is designed specifically for restoration services. All work is guaranteed and subject to customer approval. No matter how small or large the job is York Cemetery Services is there to provide it. We work directly with cemetery committes, churches and individuals. We can plan our services to meet your financial needs. We are currently working with several small cemeteries in the area that are using our services in phases. As budgets allow restoration work is completed. We can fit your budget into our schedule.

OUR SERVICES

Time affects everything and cemetery stones and monuments are no exception. Below are listed some of our services and a brief description of them:

Stone leveling - Bringing stones up to their original level.
Stone reconstruction - This involves putting broken stones back to their original shape and form
Base reconstruction - Most stones have bases that are either broken or deteriorated over time. We can replace these with our own custom made bases to restore the stone to its original condition
Resealing - Most older multi-piece stones are in need of resealing. If not resealed they are in danger of toppling over causing damage to the stone. We disassemble these stones, clean and match the surfaces and reseal them assuring a long lasting level stone.
Cleaning - We have the capabilities of cleaning stones returning them to close to original condition. Because of the age and material the stone is made up of extreme care must be given to this cleaning process.
Dousing or Witching - We can located lost gravesites by dousing. Don't ask me how it works, but it does. This aids in cemetery layout and assures no grave is forgotten.
